New store attracts crowds

Scores of shoppers gave the Crescent’s newest store a very warm welcome.

GHM! threw open its doors at its first ever UK store at the Crescent as dozens of people queued to be among the first to see what was on offer.

GHM! is a brand new retail concept for ‘savvy shoppers’ who want to replenish everything from food and household staples through to kids clothes.

The clothing is from the Pep & Co brand, which has featured in an ITV 1 documentary in recent weeks. Cameras, photographers and journalists from across the UK were also there to get a first glimpse of the concept.

Tony Baker, of the Tin Hat Partnership, said: “It was very pleased to see so many people who were eagerly awaiting the new store.

“I know the team behind GHM! were absolutely delighted with the start they made in Hinckley at the Crescent and that has been the same story with all of our occupiers.

“It’s been a very positive start for the scheme and we hope to have more names to announce very soon.”

 

GHM! joins Sainsbury’s, Cineworld, TK Maxx, Prezzo, Wed2B, Costa, Tarro Lounge, Elbow Room, FAB, Burger King, Simply Gym, Mobility & Lifestyle, Poundland and Rossini, which are all already open.
